Bread and Butter Pudding with Toffee Sauce and Whipped Cream

A traditional English pudding made with leftover bread. This pudding can be made in advance and warmed up later. Some people eat it with custard. I serve it with warm toffee sauce and a little whipped cream. 

Not great photos of the pudding but taste was more than satisfying!

Swiss Roll disaster

Disaster on the 12^th day. Tasted good but the cake cracked. Hmmm..Not so happy:( will try again. Here’s a trivia about this dessert. Although it’s called Swiss Roll, it originated in Central Europe, not in Switzerland.
