from the lace to the butterfly. Decorate and eat them too. All made in sugar!
The most important thing you need when making these sugar flowers is
lots of patience and ideas!
A traditional
English pudding made with leftover bread. This pudding can be made in advance
and warmed up later. Some people eat it with custard. I serve it with warm toffee
sauce and a little whipped cream.

more than satisfying!
Disaster on the 12th day. Tasted good but the
cake cracked. Hmmm..Not so happy:( will
try again. Here’s a trivia about this dessert. Although it’s called Swiss Roll,
it originated in Central Europe, not in Switzerland.
